Question Im stuck, Which Spoiler ?

Hey all,

I have bought a spoiler for my car, but it yet to be fitted and painted. I've now fell in love with another spoiler, its the one that ive seen on everyones car latelty that I can get from AWC Enhancement.

Which models of AU's did the below spoliers came out stock, or as an option on ? And which would you guys do ?

Im not getting a kit, just the rear spolier, and I will be getting some 17"'s x 8's when my tax comes in.

CHeers

The one on the left is the AU 2/3 XR one, the one on the right was AU1 XR. Think all other falcons/fairmont when optioned got the one on the right, but i may be wrong.

The series 2/3 XR one looks better IMO, would like one for my car

yeah you see more fairmonts and falcons optioned with the AU1 XR style than
the AU2/3 XR one. Mines a series 2 and its got the AU1 XR wing. SR's also came with them.

they both look pretty similar to me but i like the one on the left better. Might just be because its painted the same as the car or the angle of the pic, but either way id go with the first one.

I have one like the one on the right on my SR, looks nice too!

But if I was offered both, I'd also take the one on the left from AWC!

Whatever happened to the AU spoiler with the other spoiler stuck on top of it?

I don't see many of those around these days.

I prefer the Bi-plane spoiler's on the AU I, I'd like to get the top spoiler for mine on the AUII, like the ones Herrod offered.

we make those too mate :

quite nice i think

have a pic of an AU1 bi-plane wing on an AU2 XR with the AU2 optional kit, looks great i think and would definately be what i do, squares up the bottom of the car and then the AU1 biplane wing makes the back look really swept back

Way better, I would say. My T3 wing didn't even cost that!

The Herrod bi-plane is not a bad option and definitly makes the XR unique. Heres a good example of an XR with this very option and I believe the owner is quite happy with it.

i'm with blackout, lip spoiler all the way! its just got that touch of class about it. i would love to eventually put a TS50 kit less the huge wing, but keep my factory lip spoiler, i just have it in my head that it would look awesome!
