Guys,
I have to put together a policies and procedures manual for a franchised retail company in order to bring some uniformity and conformity to the separate showrooms. Has anyone ever had to do this before? If anyone knows any good sites or has files that they have done, I'd love to hear about them. I dont need the leagal side of the P&P but more any ideas relating to merchandising, non-negotiable standards, etc. Any info would be greatly appreciated! Cheers, Jamie
