Default Struts N Springs

Ive decided to go ahead and replace my shocks and spring, apprently the wheel bearings are A-Okay which i guess is a plus.

I have a 1979 4 door 2L Ford Escort (was 1.6 but got bored with power, or lack-of) so changed motor forgot bout suspension and IM FEELING IT.

ANy recommendations, what is the tool i require to fit all this, i forget its name but it squishes the spring so i can fit her.

Any help greatly appreciated
Cheers
