Hi,
I want to install a shift light only for track days in my AU XR8. I can't find a y threads on it. Can someone give me a run down on where to get the coil pickup for etc. |

Best place to pickup the Tach is the ECU or Cluster - there is a CTO (Clean Tach Output) Output (Pin 45 on the EEC) which goes to the cluster. Im not sure what wire it is at the cluster but you should be able to find it easy enough. This signal is a clean tach pulse that doesnt require conditioning for use
