Default R.I.P The Green Limousine (blackers10)

Well, The Green Limousine is no more, it was involved in an accident this morning.
Both drivers are ok, Brendens sore, and the other guy has a bit of bruising.
The other man went through a giveway sign and T-Boned the Green Limousine.
Its pretty safe to say it will be written off.

hey all
yeah my neck is a lil sore as youd expect

the red corolla(near fire truck in picture) came out of the street furthest from the camera turning to the left of frame..
i was travelling from right to left of frame.. came around a BA falcon who was waiting to turn away from the camera (right into the street) and the old bloke decided it was safe to slam into the side of my car as I popped out from the other side of the BA..
I ended up far left of frame facing the wrong way..

I am not sure what car I will get next.. I will get $12,750 for the car if its written off..I will buy the wreck back if its worth it and part whats left out...

I am looking at Mitsubishi GSR II's and other imports for somthing different.

I'd be doing the same thing, there's plenty of parts on there that will find new homes pretty quickly i'd imagine

I reakon you should buy a Celsior, luxurious import limo :

i'm gonna go against the tide and say it won't be a write-off

Hmmm, rear door, front door, all surrounding supports, rear 1/4 panel, half an interior (seats buggered, and inner pillars), rear wheel looks like its on an angle, so maybe diff, maybe IRS complete assembly, boot, B pillar, glass, retint, b pillar, new rim and tyre, sill panels, door rubbers. Thats all I can see just from the photos.
Id say it will be a write off.

What a shame, I hope your feeling fine Brendan. Hope it isn't written off, but I won't hod my breath. Now the passengers side may match a little. Gotta look on the bright sides of things.

Ahhh bugger. Not a good thing at all. Glad there are no human casualties though. 12.5k would get you a nice AUII XR8!

You have a good point there and I'd agree with you on that. Maybe even add is a section of floor pan.

bugger eh. well a mate of mine had his hyundai elantra t-boned with similar results and was $7.5k to repair, so it'll be dicey as to whether the green limo will live or not

my wild guess is based on the fact that the sill isn't bent, if it was i'd be saying writeoff

Tis a shame.
I've seen that car in the flesh and it was a very nice, well kept vehicle.

At least you're ok, Brendan. Cars come and go but we only go once...
