Default Kent Engine numbers

I'm looking at buying a used Kent 1600 engine. The only number I can see on the engine (from a photograph) is 691M6015BA. Can anyone tell me the year of manufacture and other details of the build standard, or where I can find this info?

Try and find an engine that is marked with 711M...it's a much better engine / block...
