My average l/100km's keeps reseting itself whenever i get back in the car, i thought reset button sticking etc, but checked that out and nope its not sticking, thought then crossed my mind that maybe its missing a constant batt power somewhere but then thought but the clock doesn't go out of time. Any ideas?

Im not sure, just guesing here...but.. Does the circuitboard (pcb) part of this LCD diplay have a small backup 'tablet battery' on the pcb ?. Reason I ask this is that setup is almost like a small pc in how it works and has to hold its memory.
