Default Sluggish on start up

For the last week or so my AU has decided that sometimes when it starts up it wants to sit on around 200-400rpm and shake pretty bad, lol

Doesn't do it all the time, just every now and then.

Today i went to start it up and it nearly didn't start at all (took about 5 secs to fire up) and then it went with the whole shaking thing

It is an auto and it kinda feels like it is stalling??

Ideas?

All i have been doing to counteract this problem is starting the engine and revving her up to about 1200 for about 30 seconds, then she is fine

She is getting her 140,000km service done on Wednesday so prolly shouldn't worry that much, just wondering what it may be?

I'm thinking either Fuel Pump or injectors or sumn??

Seems to work fine at all other times tho, just not on start up.. Im pretty sure it's firing on all 6 cylinders.. I HOPE

Also, only things i have added to my car in the last month is a K&N Panel Filter and an XR6T Wide Mouth Snorkel

Don't think either of those would be responsible for this

follow the black plastic tubing that goes from the airbox to the engine, when the end of the plastic tube gets to a metal bit, that is the throttle body.
remove the black plastic tube from the throttle body and do as the can says.

Champion! I'll head down to repco and get some of that cleaner stuff

If that doesn't work, any other suggestions? Check my spark plugs?
