There's a trick where you flick the switch (gently) up and down 31 times to reset something, now I've found the number to be variable (?), but others say 31. Sounds odd but it's true. I have a dodgy switch which needs replacing and have found that if you flick the switch up and down continuously, it will go up after a while. Once it starts going up, keep it pressed!! I hope that makes sense. Good luck mate!
