Admins: The database error continues to be a nightly pain, are we getting to the point of fixing it or is it something I am going to keep experiencing every night and drive me away from the site?
I use both the www.fordforums.com address and the 66.226.77.74 address and both die. |

If it drives you away from the site then I have no real answer for you.
Taking into account the time the admins, namely Russell, that puts into this site in regards to maintenance, problem solving and enhancements is a credit to the success of the site Remember that none of us run this site full time, that we leave lives away from the forums, and even though we are acutely aware of the downtime, I still say the end result that we have today is a credit to the administration team. The issue is being looked into and will be fixed.

i dont know if this is my end or not but i thought i should bring it to your attention.
at present there is a Quicktime 'Q' with a '?' in it, sitting up the top of the page. there are no site sponser links, just the banner and the faded blue 'Q' with a question mark in it. nearly all browsers i use will not display quicktime programs but the sponser links have never been a problem here. i dont know if this is related to the drop out problem or if it just on my end but i thought i should mention just incase. keep up the good work! |

Hi davway
The sponsor logos have just been migrated into a flash based tool so I am a little surprised that you are getting an error for a missing Quick Time plug in. Cheers Russ
