Default Software To Change Mp4 to Mpg?

I can't seem to find any software (That works) to do this. I used Quick Video Convertor and it comes out with no sound.
Any help would be great.
Thanks

I haven't tried this but you may be able to do the conversion in 2 steps:

Convert the file to an AVI file using mp4cam2avi, available from
sourceforge

and then convert the file to mpg2/DVD format using AVI2MPG2/BBMPEG available at divx-digest
Make sure you use the mpeg-2 or DVD settings in this program.

Regards,
Andrew

Edit: I don't know Quick Video Convertor but is there an option to convert sound to mpeg1-layer2 or AC3?
