Holy cow this thing reads like the LOGIE awards.

I'd like to thank............................

For too many years now I have had nite night calls with the "useless". Conversations from "the man" always gives me a damn good giggle. Such passion, such grace and such innocence from he who is truly "useless" . I now have updated my dictionary with a picture of the man in tru form. I can now set my mind at ease because that ringing telephone will no longer be responded to....."hey brenden, it's STAV"......bloody hell...here we go....

No word's can describe this mans passion toward his goal....only a six pack and a whole night can describe it :baby bott

Congrats mate, I'm very pleased to see you are happy. You can always call me if you need anything.

Kind regards

Mocky

PS now you have more time to plan us a fishing trip

HAHAH.. I made the choice of dev 4 for the fact that I beleived that it was better than the dev 5. Better idle ,probably a flatter power curve being smaller and the standard valve springs considering my tight a## budget.

I ran around 19 psi in the mickey tompsons. They did grab once and that is what made my day. The fact is I knew the car was going good but just had to get it to the ground.
Maybe the et streets heated up after that run and the pressure went up? I dont know.It looks like I will never know and it does not bother me just the same. I ripped a 14.7 with wheelspin on these tyres and now I have proven to myself that the car is something to be proud of.

For those who get 1.960 footers with dunlops sp3000a's without wheelspin what can I say?? I do not believe that these will ever give me any traction.Dont ask me why because I cannot answer that.

I have a few secret mods that I must say will stay secret. While some people know about some of my mods I have not told them everything. I have done alot of reading of performance material to make more informed choices with the combination of parts.

I know many people have laughed at me in the past but the gtech is the best single tool in my shed.

Iknow thatCasper isnt on tonight but man youve been a big help...Now a 13 for you.

Stav - you have proven that the Dev4 can work and that the wagon is a killer! As much as I backed and supported you, I will admit that I am still surprised that you got the Dev4 to work as well as this. I credit you for not giving up when you almost did. Unfortunately, in your case, there was alot to be played with when it came to that cam BUT at the end of the day, you did it mate and it finally worked and worked well.

As far as the track - you'll be back out there. You're not this easily satisfied LOL. This has only made you hungry for a faster time!! Come on, you know you want to get back out there. Listen to the voices my friend, listen to them well :Up_to_som

Haha thanks guys thanks all.Mechanik..What was awesome was when the sp3000a's had no traction whatsoever. It was the longest burnout I had ever done..almost a 1/4 mile burnout lol!!

In side the car I saw a mazda rotary on my right.I thought that I would be eaten for breakfast and get spat out.I realised that once the wheels grabbed ,the car was catapulted forward and by the finish line the mazda was around 30 metres behind me..It was funny.

Good on you Useless,

Sorry I haven't congratulated you earlier but I haven't been online for nearly a week.
That AU I6 times list is looking very different all of a sudden. Straight back in at No 6. You must be stoked.
Suprised that you couldn't get traction with the Dunlops but looks like the MTs were a good investment after all.

Gees, if you guys keep going like this, i'll have to start modifying the engine in my car. :

Youre alright mate not everyone is like me who lives on the computer..lol.

Thanks for your congrats..

No 5 of the na crew and no 6 on that list somewhere in drag racing forum. Once I ran that time I had loxxr6 nik yourself and hamo in my crosshairs but being happy with the time and freezing my left nostril edged me to not get greedy, packup and go home. I missed the family.

Many people have since said to me to go back but I highly doubt it. I think I will take up pilates or something. :evil_laug

No mechanical differences to the engine at all.The car was running too lean up top and I noticed it flatspotted at 140kmph.Got it tuned right and it went right. And my biggest secret......shhh... I skipped breakfast!!! :hihi:
