G'day all Im new to this so forgive me for any errors. Im a proud owner of An EL2 Fairmont Ghia but this is not what im writting about, My brother owns an AUII fairmont V8 which he has just fitted Headers and exhaust too. He now wants to play with the intake side of the world by adding a larger throttle body and a K&N or similar filter assembly. My question is "is it worth it without other engine Mods"? and if so what size is the original Throttle body, I know the XR8 has a 65mm or 70mm depending on the power but im not sure what size the standard fairmont has. Any advise would be great

Standard TB is 65mm. 70mm is not required. G&D CAI may be something he could look into - around $600 for 12kw (supposedly).
