Hey all, just wondering where you guys get your trans service kits from mine is a BTR97 and am getting my 3000 stall tomorrow and have already installed my trans cooler on weekend so thats done now just need to put stall in and a full service gonna be putting stall in over weekend so just need to know what brands and how much the kits are roughly.

My mechanic has them in stock already ... I think they get them from Repco though (delivered to them). They already have the drums of Gulf Western Ford 4-speed auto trans fluid (95LE for my I6 trans though).
Can't remember the cost of the kit though by itself.

I thkn you ar elooking at roughly 30-40 for the kit, then about 4 litres of trans fluid.
I did mine a while ago, not too hard except on the AU the fill plug is in the worst position, luckily I used a hoist. |
