Default AU XR8 Oil leak next to oil filter

Hi all,

As the title suggest, the old XR8 has sprung a leak, and I found its something next to the oil filter. Can somebody please tell me what that thing is so I can order another as you can see its losing oil nice and quick.

Pulled up at a servo this morning and nice blue smoke cloud appeared

Theoretically just put a S1 sender in as it actually reads pressure, but Ive never done it nor have I looked at the differences.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing. Might just get one and give it a go.

Ford trade price $57
Repco aftermarket $14.50

The Repco item worked a treat, thanks all

Simply putting a pressure sender rather than a switch wont work. Trust me I tried.
