Default Help with finding Discs..

hey Guys,

I got given a front end upgrade for my AU Fairlane.

It came off a BA yet i cannot find any information regarding the discs?

Disc Rotors have K388-004C Cast into the front and measure 355mm,

Yet they have PBR 2 Piston Calipers.

Can you help me out?

The casting doesn't help me but we do a twin piston kit with 355mm rotors and the rotors are FPV discs but there may also be other kits available as well i would have to get the specs off the disc and see the caliper first.

298 or 325 mm maybe by the looks of them def not 355 mm

This is the difference when compared from a top view, as you can see, not a lot of physical difference between 325 and 355 mm.

They look like 322mm discs but also check the thickness as these are 28mm and the 325mm thick disc is 32mm thick but that 325mm disc used either a red PBR caliper or a Black BA GT caliper generally.

The ones on the Fairlane are 287mm and these things are larger than that. As well as the calipers are larger than AUII/AUIII Items.

I am thinking they are off a Typhoon? cause the guy I got them off has wrecked out a couple of FPV Cars as well as some XR6T's

From what I have found on late model front brakes:
I haven't researched pre BA models

BA, BF, FG 298 mm front std

BA FPV 325 mm front

BF, FG, XR6T, XR8, G6ET, Territory 322 mm front

FPV premo 355 mm front

No Worries.

Thanks Matt!

I will also need Braided Lines to suit the calipers, I am sure you can help me with those as well?

Nathan
