does anyone know how to remove the radio mast on an AU II

yes.You must remove the plastic surround around your tyre.Then you need basic tools to remove it

i just need to change the mast not the hole unit ive got the new one and it looks like it just clips in

what useless is probably saying is that you have to remove the whole unit to pull the old mast off and put the new mast on.

either that or just listen to cd's and you wont need an aerial :
