Festiva (1996) Clutch change

Anyone done this recently? I've just retrieved our little car from the eldest's place with a stuffed clutch and buggered tyres. No guesses needed for what he was most likely doing at the time!!

I haven't had much of a look yet. Just enough to now know that it's a cable clutch, and doesn't look as though it can be adjusted(?). The battery's flat, so I've also not been able to confirm the fault. Picked it up with the trailer.

Will the engine have to come out?
Any tricks that I should know about?
Torque settings would be great too.

My bad. Of course it's adjustable!!!

But it doesn't have any adjustment left. Still looking for some tips here.
