Default Alloy heads on Ebay

Just been looking at these heads on ebay.
Not sure but they seem like good spec's at a good price and I'm looking at doing a bit of wrk to the Rebel latter this year.
New cam, heads and exhaust.

No word on who makes them, or what they flow.

195cc is a lot of port for a 5L.

Valvespring installed height seems a little short as well. Might make it tricky getting some decent springs in there unless you are prepared to cut the spring seats down further.

On a 5L, you would also want to cut a bit off the face to reduce the chamber size, otherwise you will be loosing a lot of static compression.

If they are like a lot of other no-name chinese-copy heads out there, then you may run into dramas getting the intake to line up properly as well.

Even at $1385, I would consider them an expensive risk.

Your already in Perth, save yourself some heart-ache, and have a chat to Dave at A1 Performance. He has plenty of happy AFR headed customers on here.
