Default AU2 Fan are runing even when the engine is cold

Hi every one
I have an AU2 that when i start the engine when it is coild i find the thermo fans are running .
Is this normal
if not any ideas

you havent got the air con switched on have you? if it is then the thermo fans will run regardless of engine temp

thats what i was thinking...... it does this to draw the heat out of the condensor
