Can anyone tell me if a 1999 festiva has carseat anchor points? I can't see anything that looks like one, but really have no idea what I am looking for. Thanks.

They do.
Either in the headlining near the rear hatch or the floor behind the seats. Usually covered with a round plastic plug. |

They are located on the panel in the middle of the boot (the panel in the middle of the car at the rear on the inside of the boot between the tail lights but on the inside. Under the plastic cover. The mount originally came in the glovebox and you then fitted when required by removing the plug and screwing it into threaded hole. Guess the hook would be long gone if it was not fitted already.
