It is. I can only assume that the roo is the same colour as the super roo sticker and the slouch hat and the jacket are in khaki

Hi, I know this is a old thread but I just purchased a yellow van that looks the black and white photo in the add. Has anyone got more info on the "little ripper" vans or photos? The only thing I seem to be missing is the roo sticker but the rear doors have been repaired in the past. Also does anyone know where the sticker went and how big they were? Thanks Peter.

My brother bought a Little Ripper Van new in 1975 during the time of the Sale Tax cuts for $3,230 on the road. It was Sandstone Beige with Walnut Glow stripes & accents. His was from the first batch which had 8-Track / Radio & no Little Ripper Transfers. The second batch had Cassette / Radios & the Little Ripper Transfers. The first batch had only 3 colour combinations but the second batch had more colour combinations available.
He put on Chromed Bumper & Bumperettes, Sprayed the seats white & later added Brown Faux Suede inserts, Chrome wire 13" wheels & a 1600GT engine taken out to 1700, Mahle Pistons, blah, blah,.... |
