Question ford capri 1990 sa .where is ecm located ?

My capri wont start and and always has . There is no fuel coming through the line so I think I have either done a fuel pump or fuel relay. I know there is a factory cut out swithch on the fuel pump but I have checked this and it has not been activated. I just wanted to check the fuel relay before I check the fuel pump. can anybody tell me where it is located as I dont have a workshop manual for the car. Any help on this would be very much appreciated, thanks Dave.
