anyone successfully welded up a diff on a mk2 escort and happy with it? I am thinking about welding up mine (circuit car only) but have heard it will induce understeer, l.s.d's are so expensive & my car just want's to fry the tyres out of every corner at the track, so this just seems like the logical (cheap) compromise. Any thought's or advise appreciated...
