guys every time i try close my drivers door it just bounces back unless i give it a good slam central locking all works fine once closed door does lock fine with remote or key just dosnt want to shut and catch the lock

Check your Rubbers All Along the Door Trims , Might have came loose and are jamming

Check the striker on the B pillar isn't loose. Could also be a failure of the latch, with the door open use a screwdriver to latch it closed, if it feels like it's not latching well then it will be knackered.

Lock your car with the remote then check that all the doors are actually locked from the outside, this bouncing back was happening to me with my driver's door when my rear driver's side central locking actuator was stuffed, and was throwing out the whole system.

Not too hijack the thread, but on the hinges sagging issue, does anyone elses series one have really bad front door rattle while driving over bumpier roads? My front door rattel like hell when going over rough roads.
