Bugger me!

I've got the AU XR8 version of that, on my EBII, and it cost me something like $32 when I bought it new a couple of years back from Ford Spare Parts.

I was actually praising you! No rubbing in at all. It was also in direct contrast to the young fella Simon, whose bragging about the freebies he's been getting of late! LOL! I thought that was clear!

Okay, as opposed to going a tickford snorkel (which seem to be priced to repel) whats the best ford option for a larger snorkel and intake pipe for my VCT?

Thats the only option unless you go to a T3 pod setup.. and the price on them is a fair hike on a tickford snorkle.

Only other option is something like the G&D airbox.. but thats also big dollars (works a treat though)

Still, the Snorkle does its job, regardless of having Wings or not. I just dont understamd why people need to have something that rarely get scene and for $100, i could spend that on a better mod, like iridium plugs.

Ordinarily I wouldn't bother paying the extra premium for the wings - just get a set of the badge ones for $15 off e-bay and glue them on the BA snorkel if you're still dead set keen on the wings.

Or bash Simon to nab his free one. :P

BA Pod is the way to go - should be plenty around with all the G&D/Bluepower boxes out there.
