Default Aftermarket wheels to suit AU XR8

I have decided its time to finish what I started 4 years ago.

When my GT gets here I am going to finish modifying my Au Xr8 and one of the jobs is the wheels.

I want to go 19 inch but am having trouble deciding on what rims to get.
I have had a look at the show n shine thread and must say there are some very nice rims in there but that doesn't seem to be the place to discuss what I am after.

SO basically I am looking for ideas and feedback about what type of rim people have or have seen on AU s that look the goods.

Some of the rims I have on my short list are the BBS motorsport rim, the speedywheels Cheetah and the Mercury although the later is 18inch only.

I have seen a couple of Falcons on the web with Cheetah 18s and I don’t think they suit the car as much I as I had thought seeing just the wheel only although a monaro with 20s looks pretty good. Those pictures are on the speedy website.

Other wheels include the G max M190 and Showwheels Intro mesh.

I would also like to know more about these wheels

Check out Bluedrivers rims, by far the best looking set of wheels I have ever seen on an AU.

Blue Driver's are Genisis rims. 19x8 and 19.8.5 or 19x9 i think.

Very nice rims. Not to sure what those rims are from AWC. Sorry

At a rough guess, probably $2500+ with rubber. Rubber alone is probably over $1000for 19".
And before you ask, he's not selling them and when he does he has already told me he has a buyer...

Yeah I wasn't going to ask as they're no good to me unless I can buy new.

Still very very nice
