Default Ever re-read your posts & thought?

Lol I was so bored I decided to go through all my posts, not just on here but on other forums aswell, and re-read everything. I had a good laugh at myself and thought why did I say that?! So I was wondering if anyone else has done the same thing?

Hehe been there done that.. Often feeling very embarrassed (hell, I'll look back on this and feel the same). I can't believe some of the stuff I asked/posted. But at least I know I've learnt a lot since then

John, I think it's an absolute scream that you made a typo in the above line! :hihi:

I didn't even think about this rereading posts until you mentioned it... now I have glanced over 500 of my own posts (of course, posts in the Bar don't count now do they).

And I have decided I sound like a total moron who has no idea... nothing I wasn't expecting

I have re-read some posts that I have made after a night out, or when I've had a few beers before going out, and some of them are shocking, I guess we can always edit them though.

Indeed I have reread some of my posts and wondered if I really wrote them - in both a good way and in a bad way.

I've learnt one hell of a lot since I first joined up to the 'other' forum, and I continue to learn heaps here.

No doubt in 6 months time if I reread any of the posts I've made in the last month or so I'll wonder "why did I say that?!?", hahaha.

No.

I never felt the need, nor have I the time. Once in a while I may, with some threads, check to see what has come after my post, but generally speaking what's done is done.

I don't like to make myself feel bad, so once I hit "Post Reply" it's gone.

Yes and I've even had to apoligise for some of the stoopid things I said without thinking. Although my grammer and punctuation aren't 100% I do go over them before I post to correct spelling etc.
