Hi there!
I'm finally undertaking the project ot turn by humble 200CI TD Cortina in to the power house that I’ve always wanted. Now as such I’m going to have quite a bit of parts that i have on the car at the moment that I will no longer need. 1) Complete Manual conversion to suit a TC/TD Cortina. The kit includes a W54 Alloy case Supra 5 Speed gear box that has been rebuilt with double sync’s from 1st to 2nd and 2nd to third and all new bearings, shifts beautiful. No cutting of the tunnel either to get the shifter to fit! So the conversation kit includes Fly wheel, Clutch (about 20,000 km's old exeedy racing clutch), fork arm, clutch cable and firewall adaptor, the gearbox, gearbox cross member which is a strengthened item and uses a stock ford mount instead of the weak Y mount for the box and it also comes with a 3inch heavy duty custom v8 tail shaft to suit, and also the little plastic piece that holds the clutch cable on to the pedal. The only to things that you need to get it going is a gear box mount and a manual pedal box. That’s it. Prefer not to separate the kit if possible. 2) Crane cams HI-6 ignition set up including the dizzy, trigger module and leads. The Dizzy has also been rebuilt about 5000kms ago. 3) 5 stud converted diff with boxed and powder coated control arms. 2.77 Ratio. 4) Brake booster from a XD that’s re-sleeved with a 1inch bore and XD master cylinder, with mounting pedestal to suit TC/TD. 5) Radiator suit 6cly Cortina, only 1 year old! PM me for any other items that you might need that and I’ll see if I am getting rid of them, if you need any more information on the items that I have listed just PM me and I can call you or email you. I am located in NSW in the Penrith area so i would prefer pick up of these parts if possible. |
