Default 4wd Systems Lokka behaviour?

Has anyone got any real world driveability feedback for the 4wd Systems Lokka?
Talking to my diff guy about lockers and he's not keen on the idea of a Lokka, his understanding is that they behave the same as a Detroit locker with erratic dis/engagement that has caused him problems in the past.

Has anyone had a Lokka in a high-ish powered RWD car? What did you think of it?

hi
A Lokka I suspect is referring to what traditionally called a Detroit Locker .
Essentially a dog clutch that is always engaged and goes off /on /off , when operating . Supposedly not very smooth ,very rough ,aggressive on/off switching . Do v8 super cars use this ,likely .
A Wave Trac Torsen would be afar smoother option .
A standard torsen has less traction abilities and is limited over slow moving obstacles ie offroad .
On road not to bad, acceptable traction .

Horse power might limit your choice

V8 Supercars use a full spool.

I've run the lokka in the front of most of my 4x4s and in the rear of a few V8 road cars.
My last one was in a V8 ute.
They are great. Yes they click at low speed turning and parking but they are fine. They give issues when not set up correctly.
If you power on around a corner or a roundabout they will lock and be lots of fun to drive , but back off the throttle and roll around and they drive fine.

hi
Detroit locker is a generic style of tooth engagement .
Similar to LSD cone typ, clutch type etc . Main group then sub groups . Minor differences
Torsen ,,, Eaton Tru Trac [standard ] sub group is Wave Trac
